Letter to the Editor: Vote Yes on Tuesday

We are all so fortunate to live here in Middlefield.  We are small town people. We know each other, wave and smile to each other; watch out for each other’s homes and families.  We care about our community. 

When the Powder Ridge sale did not include the fields, I approached the Town to buy them to make it part of my farm. The purchase of these 19.6 acres is my commitment to preserving the beauty that this property holds.  The covenants in place will protect the entire parcel from development, allowing it to be graced with beautiful animals and bring joy those who gaze upon it.

My vision of horses grazing in the fields will add charm to our town and I ask you for your support by Voting Yes during the referendum on Tuesday the 23rd
