Middletown Man Steals Truck In Durham, Flees: State Police
A man facing a litany of charges is accused of stealing a truck and fleeing police.
DURHAM, CT β A man is facing a long list of charges after he allegedly stole a truck and fled police. State police responded to a call at 10:09 a.m. Tuesday reporting a larceny of a motor vehicle at Lino's Market at 427 Main St. in Durham.
Police spotted the stolen vehicle, a 2019 Ford F450. Michael Rascati, 34, of Middletown, was driving the truck, according to police.
Rascati fled police but was later caught.

He was charged with first-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, first- and second-degree criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, engaging police in pursuit, disobeying the signal of an officer, reckless driving, and operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
He was held on a $50,000 bond. Rascati is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday.
