Today is the last day for Coginchaug Regional High School principal Andre Hauser, who announced last month that he is leaving to take the job of principal at Waterford High School.
Students Naomi Rinaldo and Lena Huntington celebrated their principal's last day by filling his office with balloons, with some help from staff.
Hauser enjoyed a lunch and reception Thursday with faculty and staff, tweeting "Thank you #coginchaug...for 10 years of great work and fun memories!"
