A 31-year-old Durham man was arrested last month after he was clocked traveling 113 mph along I-95 in Old Saybrook, according to police.
Christopher Allen, of 197 Pisgah Road, was charged with reckless driving and passing on the right on May 23. Allen was pulled over shortly before 9 p.m., according a report.
Allen was released on $250 bond. He's due in court Thursday.
