Right to Farm Ordinance Headed to Town Meeting

Durham's Agriculture Commission has proposed an ordinance aimed at supporting the town's agricultural operations.

 

A proposed Right to Farm ordinance is headed for a town meeting in Durham next month.

The ordinance, first proposed by the town's Agriculture Commission last February, would formalize Durham's support of agriculture, according to commission members.
