Thank You from the Middlefield Fire Explorers

Last Saturday, Middlefield Fire Explorer Post 82 held it's annual pancake breakfast.

This year's fundraiser was a huge success, with over 300 people served. 

The explorers would like to thank everyone in the community who came out to support the young firefighters. The money raised will pay for raining seminars for the explorers with the hope of sending a few to the Connecticut State Fire academy in Windsor Locks for a full week of training.

Special thanks to advisors Brian Dumas, Jeff Dicostanzo and Bruce Villwock for their time and efforts to the post. Also, to the volunteers behind the scenes: Diane and Pete Tyc, Paul Valvo, Simone St. Amand, Carrie Anderson, Bob Johnson, Dana Arnold and everyone else who came to support the group.
