Vandals Do Extensive Damage To Durham Farm: Report
Police are investigating after a group of men vandalized JC Farm over the weekend.
DURHAM, CT β Vandals broke into a Durham garden center this past weekend and did extensive damage, according to WTNH News-8. The owners of J.C. Farm on Route 68 have dealt with thefts in its 23 years in business, but were shocked by the destructive incident.
A group of young men threw pots of flowers onto the ground, sprayed a fire extinguisher over the plants, tried to drive a forklift, and broke into a cooler and ruined Easter bulbs. The owners told WTNH News-8 that this will impact the business for the upcoming Easter holiday.
State police are investigating the incident.
