PORTLAND, CT - A Portland resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town late last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 5, Ray Downing, of Portland, purchased a 20X Cash 6th Edition ticket from Mahenoor LLC in Portland and won $20,000.
