EAST HAVEN, CT - For the second time this week an East Haven resident has won big bucks in a Connecticut lottery game. On Monday, Rochelle Villano won $30,000 playing 30X Cash 5Th Edition. The winning ticket was bought at Shell Food Mart in New Haven. Also winning $25,000 this week was East Havener David Melillo.

EAST HAVEN, CT - For the second time this week an East Haven resident has won big bucks in a Connecticut lottery game.

On Monday, Rochelle Villano won $30,000 playing 30X Cash 5Th Edition. The winning ticket was bought at Shell Food Mart in New Haven.
