EAST HAVEN, CT - The forecast of a big storm on Saturday didn't stop people from turning out in big numbers to a pasta dinner to help defray some of the medical bills facing the family of an East Haven teen who is still recovering from a near fatal accident last summer when he was critically injured while mowing his family's lawn.
There was a large crowd at the dinner held for Nick Vessicchio at the St. Pio of Petrelcina Parish at the Our Lady of Pompeii Church Hall at 355 Foxon Road, Route 80.
