Dylan Balvuca-Contreras obituary: (Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, East Haven)

Dylan Balvuca-Contreras, de 28 años, residente de East Haven, falleció inesperadamente el 3

de enero de 2026. Nació el 27 de marzo de 1997 en Ecuador, hijo de Roger Balvuca y Doris

Contreras.

Dylan deja en vida a sus padres; a su hermano, Alexis Valverde; y a sus dos hermanas, Daniela

Arevalo y Scarlett Balvuca. También le sobreviven sus abuelos paternos, Daniel Balvuca y

Roselia Garzón; su abuela materna, Elia Contreras; además de numerosos tíos, tías, primos y

amigos.

Doris: (Mama)

Dylan fue un niño muy feliz, le gustaba pintar, luego creció y se convirtió en el hijo que todo

padre desearía tener, un muchacho sano, tranquilo, responsable y trabajador, siempre hemos

estado orgullosos cuando el final pudo cumplir su sueño de tener su licencia en Electricidad y

con eso ya como padres más satisfechos de haber hecho las cosas bien. Gracias a todos.

Hijo mio te amo con todo mi corazon, te amo con toda mi alma nunca te voy a olvidar siempre te

voy a amar. me dejas con el alma hecha pedazos, se que ahora gozas del reino de Dios vuela alto

Hola Dylan, te quiero muchísimo, descansa en paz. Recuerdo cuando jugábamos en la PS5

durante horas y pedíamos comida rápida los sábados, y recuerdo que me llevaste a jugar al golf y

a Dave & Buster 's, y también me llevaste a comer un helado delicioso.Te extraño, Dylan, te

quiero mucho, adiós.

Daniela: (Hermana)

Naño, te amo mucho, siempre te voy a guardar en mi corazón, toda mi vida, vuela alto y te

extrañaré siempre.

Scarlett: (Hermana)

Dylan te amo mucho, espero que estes feliz en el cielo con dios y todo los ángeles. Siempre vas

esta en mi corazón y siempre te voy a recordar tu amor.

La familia recibirá a los amigos el viernes 9 de enero de 2026, de 17:00 a 22:00 horas, en la

funeraria Clancy-Palumbo, ubicada en 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, y nuevamente el sábado 10

de enero, de 8:00 a 9:30 horas, en la misma funeraria. El sepelio se llevará a cabo a continuación

en el cementerio Green Lawn, en East Haven.

Dylan Balvuca-Contreras, 28 of East Haven passed away unexpectedly on January 3, 2026. He

was born on March 27, 1997 in Ecuador to Roger Balvuca and Doris Contreras. Dylan is

survived by his parents, brother, Alexis Valverde and two sisters, Daniela Arevalo and Scarlett

Balvuca. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Daniel Balvuca and Roselia Garzon

and his maternal grandmother, Elia Contreras along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and

friends.

Doris Contreras: (Mom)

Dylan was a very happy child, he loved to paint. As he grew up, he became the kind of son that

every parent would wish for. A healthy, calm, responsible, and hardworking young man. We

have always been very proud of him, and we were especially proud when he finally fulfilled his

dream of getting his Electrical License. With that, we as parents, feel satisfied knowing we have

done things right. Thank you to everyone.

My son, I love you with all of my heart. I love you with my entire soul. I will never forget you, I

will always love you. My soul has been destroyed into pieces, I know now you are enjoying the

kingdom of God. Fly high my king, Dylan. I love you. Your father is very proud of you, and I

will always be. Rest in peace my king.

Alexis: (Brother)

Hey Dylan, I love you so much rest in peace. I remember when we would play the ps5 for hours,

order junk food on Saturdays, you would take me to go golfing, playing in dave & buster’s, and

eating delicious ice cream together. I will miss you Dylan, I love you so much.Daniela: (Sister)

Brother, I love you so much. I will keep you in my heart forever. For the rest of my life, fly high,

and I will miss you forever.

Scarlett: (Sister)

Dylan, I love you so much, I hope that you are happy in the sky with God and all the other

angels. You will always be in our hearts and I will always remember your love.

Family will receive friends on Friday January 9, 2026 from 5 to 10 PM in the Clancy-Palumbo

Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven and again on Saturday January 10 from 8 AM until

the time of service at 9:30 AM in Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Green

Lawn Cemetery, East Haven
