Amanda Marie Dowd, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Bartolo Texcaltenco, 25, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

Anita M. Ferrante, 47, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Dec. 30

Tyreek Nelson Black, 21, of East Haven, was charged with murder, risk of injury to a child, assault of public safety officer/EMT, interfering with an emergency call, and interfering with an officer.

Dec. 31

Michael J. Kilday, 43, of Winsted, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Robert William Hastings, 48, of East Haven, was charged with use of motor vehicle without permission.

Vanessa Cotto, 33, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility with injury/property damage, second-degree breach of peace, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Jan. 1

Hector Quinonez, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jan. 2

Jose Angel Corpes, 34, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.

Jan. 3

Anthony David Derosa, 54, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Jan. 4

Richard Daniel Rivera, 38, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

Jan. 6

John Henry Charles Jones, 65, of Hamden, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/second offense and use of drug paraphernalia.
