NEW HAVEN — A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in East Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 19, the big winner from New Haven, purchased a Holiday Cash ticket from the Sunoco I-95 in East Haven and won $10,000.
