EAST HAVEN, CT - East Haven Public Services will begin this year's schedule of fall leaf pick-ups on Tuesday, November 13th. Each street has been assigned a scheduled day for pick up. East Haven residents are reminded that in order for leaves to be collected, they must be deposited in biodegradable paper leaf bags and placed at the curbside.
