East Haven Police Arrests: May 23-28

The following arrest information is supplied by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

May 28
East Haven Police arrested Najla Staggers, 35, of Marie Street in New Haven on charges of harassment in the second degree. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.  

Valerie Salvati, 30, of Fairfield Street in Naugatuck was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.  Arresting officer: Justin Brochu.  

May 27
Police arrested Thomas Streeter, 56, of Short Beach Road in East Haven with charges of disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.  Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.  

May 25
John Hribko, 23, of Burr Street in East Haven was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and driving in the improper lane. Arresting officer: Alfred Maio.  

May 24  
Police arrested Matthew Kilbride, 24, of Montoya Circle in Branford with charges of possession of a controlled substance, burglary in the third degree, larceny in the fourth degree and larceny in the sixth degree.  Arresting officer: John Finnimore.  

Miguel Reyes, 25, of Quinnipiac Avenue in East Haven was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.  Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.  

May 23  
Police arrested Cassidy Mrowka, 18, of Saltonstall Parkway in East Haven with charges of disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.  Arresting officer: Ryan Gorman.  

Alfio Barone, 22, of Damberg Place in Branford was arrested by the East Haven Police and charged with larceny in the sixth degree. Arresting officer: Thomas Herbert.  

The East Haven Police arrested Charles Dielsi, 67, who is homeless, and charged him with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.  Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.  

Marco Alvarez, 28, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven was arrested and charged with interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.  Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.
