Steve Perez, 33, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace.

Kannet Joel Soto, 27, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.

Diane McCann, 44, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

May 4

Gail Byrd Smith, 62, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

Jonathan M. Perdue, 36, of East Haven was charged with violation of probation.

May 5

Brandon Lee L. Cabrera-Echevarria, 26, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Katty Proano Farias, 31, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Robert Erff, 44, of Beacon Falls, was charged with risk of injury to a child and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Leonard Flynn, 64, of West Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
