East Haven police logs, Aug. 14-20:

Aug. 16

Gabriel Luciano, 40, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Aug. 17

Christopher Frank Anastasio, 33, of East Haven, was charged with engaging in a police pursuit, two counts of second-degree failure to appear and two counts of violation of probation.

Estalin F. Shimpiukat-Tsani, 37, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Aug. 19

Jordan Michael Clark, 18, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Victoria L. Mitchell, 56, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Aug. 20

Terry Quan, 34, of Winsted, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
