Aug. 22
Allison Marie Apuzzo, 31, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/second offense, and use of drug paraphernalia.
John Harry Antonucci, 58, of Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.
Richard K. Coker, 47, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.
Aug. 23
Jude Gregory Noyes, 18, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Carlos Aaron Ushpa-Yanza, 27, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Aug. 24
Joshua Roman, 28, of Bridgeport, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Jamie Condo, 42, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Rosalba Nunez De Castillo, 36, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

L. Rene Cannon, 41, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny.

Elizabeth A. Proto, 41, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and second-degree failure to appear.
