Aug. 27

Elizabeth A. Proto, 41, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Brandon K. Lane, 33, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Derrick D. Gilliam,29, of New Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Aug. 28

Andres Del Rosario Reyes, 50, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Carlos Romeo Lopez, 43, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

Aug. 30

Megan Rose Phillips, 27, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Aug. 31

Jessica Lin Steeves, 37, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sept. 1

Nicholas Joseph Draffan, 19, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree threatening/displayed firearm and second-degree breach of peace.

Sept. 3

George Cardone, 47, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin L. Gagner, 36, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and second-degree failure to appear.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
