Robert Lin, 30, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and sixth-degree larceny.

Paul J. Mattera-Bridges, 28, of Waterbury, was charged with second-degree computer crime and third-degree larceny.

Kiel S. Loricco, 34, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
