Paul J. Mattera-Bridges, 28, of Waterbury, was charged with second-degree computer crime and third-degree larceny.

Kiel S. Loricco, 34, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Luis A. Gaston-Clavell, 37, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
Alexander Murray, 19, of Saunderstown, RI, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Jack William Toolin, 19, of North Kingstown, RI, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Japhet R. Huerta-Castillo, 23, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Nicholas Joseph Draffan, 19, of East Haven, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle.
