East Haven police logs, Feb. 12-18:Feb. 12Kevin L. Gagner, 36, of East Haven, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear. Timothy Xavier Chase, 42, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. David William Butler, 53, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia. Feb. 14Frankie Jay Alvarez, 19, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of alcohol by a minor, failure to drive in the proper lane.Feb. 15Luis Eusebio Ledesma, 49, of Hyannis, MA, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and disorderly conduct.Feb. 18Michael C. Pallone, 43, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
