Feb. 19

Eric Colon, 38, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

Luther Quattlebaum, 56, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.
Feb. 21Candace S. Banning, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Robert Harry Bonanno, 29, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
Joseph J. Villafane, 29, of Shelton, was charged with criminal impersonation, possession of a controlled substance and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
Christopher Russell Prussing, 36, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
Feb. 22
Frank L. Defelice, 52, of West Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/second offense.
Kristina Martin, 31, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
Alfonso Dussan, 60, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
John P. Marquis, 34, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Feb. 23
Steven Andrew Alfano, 48, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
John Albert Montoya, 22, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Feb. 24Shea Gilbert Fevrier, 28, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
Feb. 25
Louis F, Masselli, 67, of New Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, criminal attempt/fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, reckless driving and disobeying the signal of an officer.
