Feb. 26
Aileen E. Johnson, 40, of Guilford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, second offense.

Feb. 27
Maria Fowler, 45, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Betzaida Milagros Diaz, 19, of Bridgeport, was charged with violation of a protective order, third-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct.
A. Christopher Mitchell, 19, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
John J. Ferraro, 48, of East Haven, was charged with violation of probation.
Jose Luis Figueroa, 45, of West Haven, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
March 1
Jenna Marie Brown, 32, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
James Delucia, 23, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility with injury/property damage.
Juma Alexander, 50 of East Haven, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct.
Daniel Padro, 55, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and second-degree failure to appear.
Michael G. Miano, 38, of Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, second offense and use of drug paraphernalia.
Jenna Marie Brown, 32, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, second offense, use of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.
March 4
Alyssa M. Scopp, 28, of Milford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Maurice Terrence Heard, 41, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and violation of probation.
