Feb. 5

Karen M. Dagliri, 35, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, second-degree failure to appear, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and use of drug paraphernalia.

Michael C. Thomas, 42, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Feb. 6

Robert A. Casanova, 43, of Branford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Feb. 7

Jake Lugo, 31, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Nicholas Joseph Draffan, 20, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order and possession of a controlled substance.

J Andrew Nelson, 23, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.Feb. 8

Elizabeth Marie St. John, 27, of Rocky Hill, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility with injury/property damage.

Feb. 10

Anthony Perrotti, 67, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree violation of a conditional release, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Feb. 11

Sallyanne Kikosicki, 59, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Nicholas M. Riggione, 33, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
