East Haven police logs, Jan. 17-23: Jan. 18Anthony Osmond, 33, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, second-degree failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance/second offense, use of drug paraphernalia, fifth-degree larceny, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. Mathew Christides, 32, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/second offense.Ronneshia R. Smith, 32, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Jan. 21 Khamphat K. Phetchampa, 46, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree failure to appear, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree failure to appear. Jan. 22 Courtney Vincent, 54, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
