Jan. 29

Kayla Morgan Kavanagh, 21, of New Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.

Jan. 30

Joseph Violano, 34, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jan. 31

Cindy M. Brockett, 52, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility with injury/property damage.

Feb. 1

Cody D. Mallard, 31, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree threatening/armed, first-degree reckless endangerment, violation of a protective order, illegal possession of a large capacity magazine, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Nicholas M. Riggione, 33, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Feb. 2

Emilio Antonio Murillo-Gonzalez, 18, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree threatening/armed, first-degree reckless endangerment, carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a firearm with no serial number, and disorderly conduct.

Feb. 4

Nicholas James Wilson, 25, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat, third-degree assault with physical injury, and disorderly conduct.

Gerald Flagler, 43, of East Haven, was charged with failure to register/sexual violence.

Raphael Soto, 25, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat,.
