Joseph Dominick, 18, of New Haven, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.

Robert L. Banks, 53, of Bridgeport, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.
Brandon Handy, 42, of New Haven, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance.

Wilson G. Castropalacios, 31, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Helem J. Yepez Datica, 32, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Josiam Rodriguez, 31, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Tyrese Kishon Narcisse, 43, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Celena Campbell, 47, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Victor P. Sanmartin, 40, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Sade Nicole Cinicola, 29, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, evading responsibility with injury/property damage.
Millagros Lissete Velasquez, 24, of Derby, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
