July 11

Megan Rose Phillips, 27, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

July 12

Richard K. Coker, 47, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

Robert L. Eldridge, 40, of Wallingford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, less than $500 on a revoked payment card, and possession of a controlled substance.

Fredi Francisco Herrera Dominguez, 43, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree threatening/firearm displayed and second-degree breach of peace.

July 13

Eileen Megan Frawley, 34, of North Haven, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Michael O'Connor, 55, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

July 14

Richard L. Rondon-Smith, 38, of New Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer.

Hector Quinonez, 33, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 16

David L. Pasquariello, 39, of North Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, evading responsibility with injury/property damage, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
