Shannon Mosca, 30, of East Haven, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, sale of a narcotic substance, and third offense of possession of a controlled substance.
Marisa Lord, 36, of East Haven, was charged with first offense of possession of a controlled substance.

Sammy Morales, 42, of East Haven, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under suspension, traffic control signal, and first offense of possession of a controlled substance.
Carl Kobierowski, 45, of New Haven, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motorcycle without an endorsement, use of drug paraphernalia, and first offense of possession of a controlled substance.
Yomar Rivera, 29, of East Haven, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, interfering with/resisting an officer, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment, and illegally possessing a weapon in a motor vehicle.
July 29
Anthony Marinuzzi, 36, of East Haven, was charged with using a marker, registration or license improperly; failure to renew registration; operating a motor vehicle without minimal insurance, operating a motorcycle without an endorsement, and first offense of possession of a controlled substance.
Kevin O'Brien, 48, of New Haven, was charged with using a marker, license or registration improperly; failure to renew registration; operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; operating a motor vehicle under suspension; use of drug paraphernalia; and first offense of possession of a controlled substance.
Jorge Morales, 56, of New Haven, was charged with using a marker, registration or license improperly; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; operating a motor vehicle while under suspension; use of drug paraphernalia; first offense of possession of a controlled substance; illegally possessing a weapon in a motor vehicle; and violation of probation.
July 30
Keith Chapman, 33, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree harassment, second-degree threatening and two counts of violating a protective order.
Edna Mae Luvara, 49, of Stratford, was charged with violating probation.
Neyshalie Torres, 19, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
July 31
Quinten Collier, 28, of East Haven, was charged with violating a protective order.
Aug. 1
Rojelio Ocampo, 32, of New Haven, was charged with using a marker, registration or license improperly, operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Steven Schlotthauer, 44, of New Haven, was charged with three counts of second-degree harassment and three counts of violating a protective order.
Michael Makara, 30, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Aug. 2
Jay Buglione, 33, of East Haven, was charged with reckless driving.
Vincent Pellegrino, 76, of East Haven, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Aug. 3
Michael Sicignano, 45, of East Haven, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under suspension, and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Daaron Wilkins, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and violation of a protective order.
