Natalie Hernandez, 31, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jonathan Ralph Finkle, 37, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
William Patrick Paulson, 38, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Aug. 3
Richard F. Sher, 53, of Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Aug. 4
Wilbert Roman, 56, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Cristhian Encalada, 29, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Aug. 5
Nelson A. Degray, 69, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
Jeff Jones, 60, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
Aug. 6
Erika Jacome, 32, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Chocho David Cedeno, 32, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
