Luther Quattlebaum, 55, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.

June 14

Noel D. Marrero, 40, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

June 15

Justin John Szygiel, 33, of Hamden, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Elizabeth A. Cronk, 45, of New Haven, was charged with evading responsibility with death resulting.

June 18

Hans Antonio Esposito, 35, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and criminal violation of a restraining order.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
