March 14
Allison Marie Apuzzo, 31, of East Haven, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear and use of drug paraphernalia.

Giovanni Colon Benitez, 22, of New Haven, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance/second offense, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
March 15

Emmanuel Jonathan Juarez, 36, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/second offense.
March 16
Alfred S. Misinonile, 44, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and use of drug paraphernalia.
Anthony Horace Yeaton, 41, of West Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/third offense, and use of drug paraphernalia.
Travis Kittle, 45, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
March 18
Anthony Morgillo, 32, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Sean Michael Morgillo, 29, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
