March 5

Hector Edison Novillo-Alban, 51, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Yordin Roblero, 23, of New Haven, was charged with evading responsibility with injury/property damage, carrying a pistol without a permit and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Daniel Nicholas Rubino, 34, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

March 8

Raye S. Hyatt, 59, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and fourth-degree sexual assault.

March 9

Brian D. Daddio, 36, of Durham, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance/second offense, and use of drug paraphernalia.

Brandon K. Lane, 33, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Hediberto Rodriguez, 37, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

March 10

Charles R. Dippold, 54, of New Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.
