Louis Perricone, 30, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Enrique Altamiranda Acevedo, 25, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Albert Labonte, 51, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.
June 2
Courtney L. Vincent, 54, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Scott Kenneth Perillo, 40, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
June 4
Stephen Joseph Beedle, 50, of New Haven, was charged with four counts of second-degree failure to appear and sixth-degree larceny.
Carlos Alberto Maldonado, 31, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment.
John David Pagano, 23, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment.
