Jermaine Edward Foster, 32, of Hamden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, reckless driving, engaging in a police pursuit, and interfering with an officer.

John Joseph Prusski, 68, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat.

John J. Marchitto, Jr., 70, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree threatening with armed/displayed firearm.
Javon Augustine Bellamy, 26, of Hamden, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Dinesh S. Mandania, 68, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat and second-degree breach of peace.
Judith Mandania, 63, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
