William Rodriguez, 28, of New Haven, was charged with four counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Tyler Graham Cast, 38, of Branford, was charged with interfering with an officer, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, and second-degree failure to appear in court.
Jamie E. Sylvester-ONeill, 34, of Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and use of drug paraphernalia
Oct. 4
Stephanie Marie Whitworth, 40, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Erick Vargas, 45, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
Richard K. Coker, 48, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal attempt/assault, carrying a dangerous weapon, and second-degree breach of peace.

Michele Lynn Chase, 40, of Wolcott, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Oct. 7
David L. Riccio, 46, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Jude Gregory Noyes, 18, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree physical intimidation with bias/bigotry, second-degree threatening, and second-degree breach of peace.
Elizabeth Donofrio, 55, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Oct. 8Oscar Feliciano, 44, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening.
Scott Kenneth Perillo, 40, of East Haven, was charged with violation of probation.
