Sept. 18

David Abreu, 28, of the Bronx, was charged with operation of a drug factory and sale of cannabis, one kilo or more.

Gallal M. Saidi, 28, of the Bronx, was charged with operation of a drug factory and sale of cannabis, one kilo or more.

Joel A. Infante, 18, of the Bronx, was charged with illegal sale/manufacture of cannabis.

Sept. 19

Robert P. Conroy, 51, of East Hampton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 20

Michael Benevich, 36, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Sept. 21

Matthew M. Davis, 43, of Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 22

Esco Bennett, 37, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Sept. 23

Jimmy Stevenson, 18, of Hamden, was charged with possession with intent to sell narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

Sept. 24

Anthony W. Benevich, 39, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Christian Lopez, 36, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
