Jude Gregory Noyes, 18, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and evading responsibility with injury/property damage.

Sept. 27

Lauren Ashley Engstrom, 34, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Oct. 1

William Rodriguez, 28, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, second-degree breach of peace, assault on emergency medical personnel, third-degree robbery, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, two counts of larceny of a motor vehicle, assault on a pregnant person, and interfering with an officer.

Renee Lance Milton, 57, of New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
