Sept. 4

Megan Rose Phillips, 27, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.

Michael Stephen Caplette, 33, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Eddie Acevedo, 48, of Coram, NY, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

Sept. 5

Robert John Moniello, 67, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat and disorderly conduct.

Edwin Rodriguez, 36, of New Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, first-degree threatening, criminal possession of a revolver, and disorderly conduct.

Sept. 6

Alyssa Marie Boylan, 24, of Westbrook, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Matthew Michael Korchman, 29, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and possession of a controlled substance.

Sept. 9

Nicole A. Flagge, 44, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Jessica Marie Dexter, 32, of North Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving and use of drug paraphernalia.

John Paul Villegas, 30, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Derek S. Leary, 32, of Bethany, was charged with violation of probation.

Jeremy M. Leblanc, 35, of North Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 10

David F. Miller, 62, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court, sixth-degree larceny and use of drug paraphernalia.
