East Haven Republicans Tap Camposano For Mayor, Endorse Candidate Slate
In an uncontested nomination, Anthony Camposano, who ran as an unaffiliated candidate in 2023, was unanimously endorsed for Mayor.

EAST HAVEN, CT — Monday, the East Haven Republican Town Committee convened for its nomination convention where candidates for Mayor, Town Council, Board of Education, Board of Finance, and Registrar of Voters were officially endorsed.
In an uncontested nomination, Anthony Camposano, who ran as an unaffiliated candidate in 2023, was unanimously endorsed for Mayor of East Haven.
In his remarks, Chairman Eric Kropiwnicki shared his strong support for Camposano and the endorsed slate, celebrating a unified effort by members in their fight for a more affordable and livable East Haven.

"Our community desires small town values that protect our finances, invest in our schools, and keep our streets safe. With the wide range of experience on our endorsed slate, I am confident that these candidates will uphold and fight for these values which have sadly been forgotten by our current administration," Kropiwnicki said. "Through our candidates, I believe that we will reestablish our presence in East Haven and gain public support for a more affordable, safer, and sustainable place to call home."
