WinnDevelopment will perform an adaptive restoration of the historic property and repurpose, creating 70 units of age-restricted housing. The Town will rehabilitate the rear of the property, including the pool and gymnasium, with plans to construct a theater for the arts and meeting chambers for use by the Town Council and other Town commissions.
