To maintain integrity of the program, we will be requiring ALL of our residents to re apply for beach parking permits.
This means, if you had an electronic permit attached to your vehicle to park in a “permit parking only” area near the beach, you will have to re-apply for a new permit.
This will be the first time residents will be required to re apply since the beginning of the program four years ago.
The process for both registering for an account and re applying is extremely simple and can be followed below:
If you already have an UpSafety account-
1. Log into your account at https://www.tocite.net/easthaven/portal
2. Find the appropriate permit for your address: Residential E-Permit -2024 or Residential E Permit – 2024 (Beach District)
3. Click Register
4. Add or edit the vehicles you will be adding to the permit type
5. Upload an approved proof of residency
Because we need everyone to re apply, please complete this as soon as possible so you are approved ahead of the 2024 beach season.
New account holders will need to create an account at https://www.tocite.net/easthaven/portal and follow the steps above.
Permits will be issued at no cost to residents.
Please note: Residents who live on “permit parking only” streets will be receiving new hang passes in the mail.
Permit season runs from May 15th - October 15th
