Josh Balter: “I am proud to accept the endorsement of the Working Families Party. This year is an opportunity for our state to really invest in what makes Connecticut a fantastic place to live and raise a family: Our working people. It’s time to stop protecting billionaires from doing their fair share and start passing good ideas like Paid Family & Medical Leave, a $15 minimum wage, and pay equity that give our working families a real opportunity to get ahead.”

Lindsay Farrell, State Director, CT Working Families Party: “The Working Families Party is glad to endorse Josh Balter. Josh’s campaign is driven by his love for Connecticut and drive to invest in new opportunities. Josh understands that building an economy for everyone means strengthening our public schools, protecting our environment, defending and expanding collective bargaining, and passing smart legislation like paid family leave.”
