The new tenant, Brook &amp; Whittle Limited, is described by the realty group as the "leading sustainable labeling solutions provider in North America." It signed a lease for a 18,764 square foot building. Founded in 1995, Brook &amp; Whittle is a leading manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and heat transfer labels and have multiple locations across the country, O,R&amp;L Commercial noted in a news release, adding the Foxon Road building is "now 100 percent leased with Brook &amp; Whittle as the single tenant." It noted that Frank Hird, SIOR and Adam Gregg represented the Landlord MCM Development and "procured the new tenant."<a href="http://www.orlcommercial.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">O,R&amp;L Commercial, LLC</a> with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multifamily, investment and industrial markets.
