EAST HAVEN, CT — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Tracy is working very hard to make people happy during this tough time. She goes above and beyond to make sure her residents and staff are well taken care of and happy. It’s important for her residents to stay in contact with their family even during social distancing. She will do anything and everything in order for everyone in the facility to feel loved and cared for. Her creativity ensures that spirits are always high and enjoyable.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
Tracy is a wonderful hardworking mother, wife and daughter. Her family is very proud of her accomplishments and dedication.
