On behalf of my wife, Daughter, Son, Son in Law, and Grandson, sister and brother in law....I would like to extend our heart felt gratitude for your genuine kind words, and support. The continuous show of support since the moment my father passed has been endless. The turnout to show respect for my father will never be forgotten.
I would like to thank Sgt Mulhern and whoever assisted him in preparing the beautiful tribute for my father. The escort and color guard.
To the members of the color guard thank you from the bottom of my heart. You looked great!!! You Officers were certainly represent the best part of the police department. Pride, Dignity and respect..
To Chief, Deputy Chief, Captain Murgo, Captain Emmerman and the rest of the entire command staff and sworn police personnel. Thank you for presenting me with the beautiful honors display case. My dad is gone but we'll never be forgotten. It will be treasured and hung proudly in my home, for all those who visit, to be the first thing that they see. As you know my father designed the first tear drop style badge that was designed to replace the original one he came through the ranks wearing, and one I wore as an auxiliary officer. When I graduated he pinned badge 27 on me. That badge now rests with my father.
