Obituary: Jerry P. Hoey, 55, of East Haven

Jerry P. Hoey, 55, of East Haven, beloved fiancé of Jessica Smith, passed away on December 17, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Loving father of Ryan Hoey of East Haven. Brother of John and Christopher Hoey both of Milford and Michael Hoey of Lexington Park, MD. Jerry was born in Port Chester, NY on July 31, 1968 a son of Jerry and Eileen Gavin Hoey.

Jerry worked as a heavy equipment operator for D’Amato Construction for many years.

Family and friends may call at the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80), East Haven Friday, December 22, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. A Parlor Service will be held at 6:00 PM. Interment will be private.
