Plans For Former Seasons Restaurant On Foxon Rd Include Starbucks, Jersey Mikes: PZC
Project blessed by East Haven PZC in 2023, but with recent changes OK'd, construction may get underway before summer's end at 990 Foxon Rd.
EAST HAVEN, CT — After a recent East Haven Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing, all that's left is a building permit for the BL Companies to move forward with construction at 990 Foxon Road, site of the former Seasons restaurant.
In its place will be, among other venues, a Starbucks, a Jersey Mike's sandwich shop, and drive-thru bank ATM's, town records show.
A self-storage company that had planned to occupy one of the four lots backed out of the deal, PZC records show.

John Mancini, representing BL Companies, said that he's "hoping that mid-summer construction will begin, and the buildings occupied by the end of (the) year."
The site, near the East Haven-New Haven border on Rt. 80, will also include 110 parking spaces.
