Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Her salon is closed and rather than feeling sorry for herself, she has made hundreds of headbands and surgical caps with buttons to hook face masks onto to relieve the pressure the elastic makes on ears of nurses, doctors and basically anyone in the medical field. Not only did she sew hundreds, but donated all to anyone who could use them.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
Extremely generous with a very kind heart.
