Shore Line Trolley Museum Hosts Easter Event for Children with Cancer
SLTM partnered with Colin's Crew, who provide support to families of children with cancer. The Easter Bunny will be there, and more.

From Shore Line Trolley Museum: Colin’s Crew, a local nonprofit organization devoted to providing support to families with children battling cancer, and The Shore Line Trolley Museum, the oldest continuously running suburban trolley line in the United States, are providing families who have children with cancer the opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny on his very own trolley ride. The event will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. and will also include an Easter egg hunt and crafts.
The Shore Line Trolley Museum is just one event scheduled for Colin’s Crew Fun4Kids program. The purpose of Fun4Kids is to provide free activities for families to enjoy in a group setting since children battling cancer often have compromised immune systems, prohibiting them from participating in open and populated events. Colin’s Crew makes these events possible by providing safe and clean environments.
“It’s incredible to think what these kids and their families have experienced and we are delighted to invite them on board the trolley for a fun afternoon,” said John Proto, executive director, The Shore Line Trolley Museum. “We are looking forward to a successful event and making this an annual Fun4Kids program.”
